　　法兰叉头、焊接叉头用数控车加工，保证定位止口公差在H7-H9之间，保证零部件同轴度在0.1mm以内，从而保证整轴可以平稳运行、不跳动。

　　The flange fork head and the welding fork head are processed by CNC machine to ensure the positioning tolerance between H7-H9 and ensure the coaxiality of the parts within 0.1mm, so that the whole shaft can run smoothly without jumping.

 

 

 

　　法兰叉头的法兰平面上的螺栓孔与键槽的位置度关系非常关键，利用CNC加工中心加工的孔中心距、键槽精度高，而且对称度、垂直度能达到小于0.02mm。

　　The positional relationship between the bolt holes on the flange plane of the flange fork and the keyway is very critical. The center distance and keyway of the hole processed by the CNC machining center are high, and the symmetry and verticality can reach less than 0.02 mm.

　　我们的法兰叉头、焊接叉采用ZG35CrMo，为消除铸造应力、提高材料机械性能，我们对所有法兰叉头、焊接叉进行调质处理，硬度达到238-268之间。

　　ZG35CrMo is used for our flange forks and welding forks. In order to eliminate the casting stress and improve the mechanical properties of the materials, we have tempered all flange heads and welding forks with a hardness of 238-268.

　　调质可以提高材料的强度、塑性和韧性从而减少万向轴在使用中损坏的机率，延长万向轴使用寿命。

　　Quenching and tempering can improve the strength, ductility and toughness of the material, thereby reducing the chance of damage to the cardan shaft during use and extending the service life of the cardan shaft.

　　我们定制的平衡仪能平衡长6米，直径1米，重3吨的万向轴，对转速高于300转/分的万向轴，出厂前都进行动平衡检测,动平衡精度G16。
